I have had 2 of these and after using htem for about 11 months, they both started misfeeding the paper. Also they use up ink pretty quickly and the ink is expensive. That said up until the misfeeds, they were great but I would like to have had something more reliable.
Great product but price dropped dramatically in offie supply retail stores wthin a day or 2 of my buying from amazon
It is easy to setup and the speed and quality of the printing are excellent. This printer is beyond my expectations in all respects. It replaced an Epson RX600 and there is no comparison. I do not generate a large quantity of printed material and it more than meets my needs. It is an excellent product and I highly recommend it.
This was a major mistake. In addition, we have to clean the print head numerous times per week or else the faxes and copies are illegible. Every week, I have to buy at least 3 cartridges, both color and black and white.
We use this machine in our pharmacy. The Espon is costing us $45 weekly to run and we are NOT high volume. I purchased this machine based on the recommendation of a store sales clerk at Best Buy.
If you don't have a new cartridge handy, the machine cannot be used. We use it only for black and white copies (not many) and incoming faxes. The Epson Workforce 600 eats cartridges like an alligator.
I have decided it is cheaper for us to throw this machine in the trash and just search for a new one of another manufacture. I would not buy another Epson product.
As of this date, the recipient has used it extensively (for college research papers and projects) and is very satisfied with the speed of printing in both black and white as well as color in addition to the faxing and scanning features. This all-in-one printer was given to the recipient as a birthday gift four months ago. The recipient had research various printers and was elated with all the features that the WorkForce had to offer. The size of the Workforce is in line with other printers which most are on the larger size scale. Overall, as per the recipient, it is a great printer for all your all-in-one needs.
